PTNet is the world's largest Portuguese IRC network. The strong and stable administration have been "owners" and Service admins of the network since the beginning of PTnet. The network itself is also stable, seeing little change except in IRCd's and services. PTnet has created a customized IRCd, unique to the network. The user and channel modes are similar to other IRC networks except in commands available to registered users, and opers. Only Portugese ISP's (Internet Service Provider's) can link to PTNet.
