In the beginning of March 2008 a net for server development called the

ZaptoIRC was formed. It consisted of about 5 servers and NO users.After 2-3 weeks i met a guy

who wanted to run gnuworld services and i help him. So we discuss about to cooperate and link

our servers to be bigger the network. Finally in the July of 2008, the NetChatIRC was born.
