 Could someone please help me! I have a Linksys Router WKPC54G, I have been trying to configure it to work with mIRC for two days and can't get it to work. I went here http://www.newircusers.com/router.html and followed the instructions and it still doesn't work! I am desperate and would really appreciate any help you could give.

It's possible, if you're using Windows XP, that the built-in firewall is blocking your connection to IRC. In your network properties, click the advanced tab and ensure that Internet Connection Firewall is disabled.
