Funny, I always found the IRC term "Abuse of power" to mean the same as "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH I WANNA BE POWAFUL! I WANNA KICK ASS TOO! IT'S SO UNFAIR MOMMY :'(". This is mostly because it's a common cluebie term - as in somebody that is 1 step higher than a newbie, believe they know more and better than the current staff (which they don't) of an network and likes to mention this in a flaming manner every chance they get. I also hold this view because of politicians. Not that I'm saying you're a cluebie or politician - I'm just jaded from having to deal with these kind of people. 
As for Pingbad... from what I've seen here on SIRC, he's pretty fair and tolerant on these boards. He just has a wicked sense of humour on IRC, which some might be called abusive - mostly by those that are of the cluebie and humourless mentality.  |

| PingBad doesn't abuse his power on here to be honest, he has guidelines he has to follow, that is why he is a moderator. And in my opinion, if he didn't follow those guidelines and take appropriate action there would be anarchy on searchirc. |

This coming from you, someone who dumps on a particular network (and it's staff) every single chance you get? That's rich.
