Network doesn't get scanned + server listing cleanup

Hello,

I'm under the impression our network, IRCBox, doesn't get scanned properly. The searchirc page shows we only have 1 users while we have about 250 users. It seems like the bot doesn't connect properly to our network anymore.

Also, I would like to know if its possible to clean up the list with our servers by me or a searchirc admin, and if its possible to exclude certain servers from the scan.
