I was considering it, but I see you have WAY too many XDCC Chans.
Also +m is set you #help, how do people ask questions if it's moderated AND the topic says not to message an op? |

This is one of the features on conferenceroom. You can set +m to moderate the room, then +M which is a moderation forward. Users that speak in the channel have their message forwarded to another channel that is set +N to recieve the forwarded messages.
Other than that.. it is a bad idea to use just plain +m in a help channel.... |
