I would personally like to invite everyone to join us on EclipseIRC, previously known as DrivenIRC.
Along with the new name we have adapted new policies and technologies that make it possible to operate an advanced, modern, and safe internet relay chat network.
If you have an online community or are looking for a chat room for your organization or even uStream channel please don't look any further. EclipseIRC strives to meet the unique needs of our users, especially those who significantly contribute to our user base.
We are also currently developing custom network services and a custom modern AJAX IRC client to embed in your website to provide a slick, modern chat room for today's web 2.0 standards. (InspIRCd)
If you are interested in hosting your channel, becoming a part of the community, or contributing your time or services by donating a server or joining our development team please join us at irc.eclipseirc.com
Happy chatting! |

I would like to point out (due to recent responses and misunderstandings) that donating a server does not mean WE are going to link to YOU. You must understand the english language before you even attempt to read the above post. Donating a server means that you will donate a shell and IP address to EclipseIRC and it will have a .eclipseirc.com hostname. It will be part of our network and you will be a trial oper. After a period of time you will be promoted to a regular operator and so on and so forth.
This is a good opportunity for freshly delinked server owners looking for a home or small networks that shut down due to inactivity and have resources to spare. If you have any questions feel free to ask us at irc.eclipseirc.com |

I would also like to add that I have no idea why "(InspIRCd)" was typed in after the paragraph about our AJAX applet. It makes no sense at all being there, my apologies. |
