I have read the other thread on this and the old network that we were created from was not on the list and I wanted to change it all so I could list the new network.

| Not sure what your problem is. If your network is not in the list, you can submit it for registration (link on the left, just below our logo) |

OKay let me explain.
I tried to register my network on here and it says that we are still 'Watnet.org' were our servers originally were. Two years ago we broke into our own Network. I tried to going to my control panal and doing all of that but watnet.org isn't in the list of networks. |

My IP adress changed again but i fixed dilema. I submitt my network and it says connection refused. Please update this i can connect to my network just fine now. I want to make sure that your people know that my network witnessforjesus.co.cc does exist thanks for your time.

Er, why did you use an old thread to post this?
Anyway, by the looks of it you have a dynamic IP so you should be using some kind of method (like using DynaDNS) to keep your address synced to it. Otherwise it will keep happening and you'll be delisted later on, even if you get accepted now.
