The route to your server might be down or slow because I get time-outs trying to connect to your network or website.

Example:
-22:35:44- * Connecting to irc.refugenetworks.net (6667)
-
-22:36:05- * Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)

I could connect to other networks at the same time, to make sure it wasn't me or was happening to other servers around the world.

Maybe you should ask your shell provider what's going on or if your running it yourself, resetting the router or connection may help.

EDIT: DNS works fine, so it's not the domain, it's the server the domain is pointing to.

Trouble shooting routes isn't as cut and dry as "your fault" or "my fault" There are several connections between point A and point Z where the path from C to Z is completely different so users from A and B could connect fine and users from C or D fail every time.

I had no problems connecting, but that by no means that everyone in the world can.

ciao.
