Network looking for people who want to link

StarIRC is a network that is currently looking for people with servers that wants to link, StarIRC is currently small but we have a lot of good friends and a good stable network where users can have fun, so linking with us would mean that there is a better chance for both of us to get users.

Linking to us would mean that you will become Server Admin with Services Root Access which will basically give you access to everything on the network, you can also add whoever you want as a oper, however not as many since we don't want to end up with a network full of opers.
