Most networks do that because they want there opers on a certain channel if something bad happens.......not optional |
Of course its optional, if the oper doesnt want to be present they dont need to be, however they then run the risk of being warned, removed etc or whatever action seems necessary by the staff.
Another thing however i find annoying while we are on forced joined is /sajoin and /sapart commands when issued. |
