You can get winbot binaries here but please note they are no longer supported:

I do not develop winbot any more as i no longer use windows, or have any motivation to continue on the project. I did offer up the source under GPL under the condition that someone contiued the project, but there were no takers, so i let the project die. If anyone wants to continue where i left off, get in touch with me, and you can have the source. I can't and won't offer any support for this source, if you take it and branch it, its yours to support and figure out, and do what you want with under the terms of the GPL.
