I have no problem with the guy other than his bumping of posts with absolutely no purpose. I could understand if it was a revelation to help the OP but clearly it isn't. His post count has rocketed over the last few days due to these entirely pointless posts, some of which even found there way into the anope forum and in reality show absolutely no understanding of the topics.

I checked at one point yesterday afternoon to find that almost EVERY forum on here had a last post from him.

Sorry if i'm being nasty or prohibiting freedom of speech etc, but it is just plain annoying.

Chaz, negativity just begets further negativity. If he's here strictly to make an arse of himself, he will accomplish that of his own merit, and be banned from the boards by the administration without anyone having to point out how much of an arse he is.

Yes, I think his posts are rather silly, but I also think that responding in this manner to his posts is also rather childish.

Childish would have been dropping to his level and bumping the posts he's bumping so that my name was on the last post rather than his, and inhibiting a circle of him and me doing it.

Suggestions / Comments being the forum title, my post being a suggestion, seems rather logical to put it here. Perhaps I should have just not bothered but someone else would have done it, or started to retaliate and maybe the member is a newbie who isn't aware of the forum netiquette and just needed a gentle word from a member of staff, IE, not me.

I however, digress.

Firstly, learn how to behave on an Internet forum. Making posts which contain 2 words is annoying, sure, I'll give you that one - however, making posts which effectively amounts to online bullying is equally as annoying. Singling people out, inciting other people to make comments towards them, etc. is just nasty.

"If you don't like it, don't read it" ... I was applying that for this single thread, not twenty or so threads scattered all over the boards. It's easy enough to "ignore" my single thread than several present in each section.

As I said, I digress, the guy apologised, I didn't stoop to calling him names, and I wasn't making a public display, I was looking for opinions and maybe hoped the OP would read and acknowledge my opinion, not start an out and out flame war.

Anyway, I think its time this one is put to bed.
