Hello there, planning on starting a network, i have been around the IRC for 11 years, i will bring all the machines to the table, and pay for everything needed, i just need someone who is very active and willing to take care of the ircd and server side, pm me for more information, i will make it worth Wink

essential, as one suggestion, you should watch any potential partners with regards of how they re/act to other users and networks. Generally immature admins/users will be found bashing other people/networks publicly on forums, mailing lists, IRC .. etc.

Personally I'd throw my name in your inbox, however I feel we have more than enough general IRC networks and I really don't have the time, but I will answer any question or give neutral advice where I can if that helps.
