Links Needed To Start Server

Hi, i run a server at the moment but im looking for up to 10 links with 50 or more chatters on there server to make it worth while.
If anyone who is interested in starting a server up and know off a server wishing to link with 50 chatters or more i would be happy to hear from you.
I also need a 3 or 4 very good techadmins to link the servers plus 3 netadmins and couple off ircops.
If we get 10 links with 50 chatters thats 500 chatters it would be a great start to a server.
To many servers are started up and no chatters to fill them so i want to link 10 servers.
If anyone is interested email me or send me a message with there irc server and nick and ill come and talk to them on there server.
