I have got my server up but having problems getting the services to link up and i have been trying to get them online for the past 3 days now. If anyone could help me out i would greatful and for all the help ill give you global ops + services ops.

| Okies so i got services linked i got one major problem... When i restart the services they don't save anything they are reset to default no nick channels etc wtf is going on and how can i fix this... Also im having problems linking the servers ive tried everything. If someone could help that would be great. |

| Your best option would be to contact the developer of the services. They probably have forums or a channel for you to get support in. |

Check the time for DB saves. If its 15 mins, and services only run 14 minutes, no data will be saved.
If you are in a test phase where you are restarting them alot, you may want to reduce the save time down to say, 5 minutes till you get them stable, then move the time back up.
If you start getting large, you will want to move the save time up-every time there is a write services has to pause for a moment till that is completed. |
