Well since my last post, my music taste has changed when I'm at the computer, I went to ibiza/magaluf for a week each, and it was just two weeks of partying, I seen dj's like Tiesto, Calvin Harris, Judge Jules, DJ Sammy and more, so since then, when I sit on IRC I usually have dance music on now
Has anybody elses music taste changed by a particular event, like the one I mentioned above? |

After hearing about viking metal (and doing some wikipedia research - like that's ever a true reliable source), I listened to a few samplers from the band Falkenbach which seemed to ring well with me tastes so since my last post to this particular topic I've bought their entire discography and listen to 'em quite often |

| It is weird how your taste can change so quickly/easily, though my taste never truly changed, it was just my liking of dance music was just more amplified (excuse the pun) if you know what I mean? |

| I used listen to nothing but metal, then I started going out clubbing alot and it gradually changed, now I go to alot of festivals and gigs, my music taste has became so much wider, I mainly listen to dance and indie music these days, although I still really enjoy metal. |

Shinedown - Somewhere In The Stratosphere
Linkin Park - A Thousand Suns
The Lonely Island - Incredibad
still like the old rock stuff though |

Not this year unfortunately, though I went to Ibiza and Magalluf which was just as good And Glastonbury is a must, it's great, unfortunately it is off next year due to the stupid Olympics, but Glastonbury is back in 2013 |

You may also enjoy Amon Amarth. In response to the original post, I listen to a lot of Opeth, Nightwish, Arch Enemy, Dimmu Borgir, Pain, and Nine Inch Nails. I also listen to a lot of Metallica, although I am partial to the first 4 albums. I was fortunate enough to find the audio from their 1989 concert in the Seattle Colosseum. Back then, they kicked ass! |

| I saw Slayer and Lamb of God when they came through back in 2006 on the Unholy Alliance Tour. Was one hell of a bad ass show. |
