A few weeks ago, one of the users on the Honk-Honk network founded #911, for us fire, EMS, and police folks. I submitted an sIRC Channel Listing application thing for it. About two weeks later, I got:
But I don't see it in that channel listing category.
Also, on an unrelated fyi note, it took me 11 tries and 2 weeks to get password reset to work. |

Yeah, the chat directory for that category doesn't show, but then again, it doesn't show many other channels listed for each of those category. Maybe it's managed externally or maybe the channel must exist under the category for a while before it shows up.
Weirdly enough, You DO appear 9th on this search for the channel name #911, with the category and everything. |

The chat directory only lists channels that have an average number of users that meet the minimum requirement. Additionally, the directory only updates when someone manually approves new listings and tells the system to re process the list..
I might need to just cron the process so it updates frequently. |
