I'm the founder of AxisIRC (irc.AxisIRC.net) I think someone had the domain before me. I would request for it be deleted from SearchIRC index so I can submit it again. If you do not believe I'm network founder please come by irc.AxisIRC.net and you will see me Network Admin?

Or email me at Zogty@AxisIRC.net

Thanks ! :>

The network doesn't need to be removed only to be readded. Just request access then you can modify the network.

If your network isn't listed, be sure to fill out the network request form.
If your network was recently added, it may not appear for up to 24 hours.

-

After you have read the rules and guidelines above, you may start the network addition process by entering the name of the IRC network you wish to add below:

ERROR: That network already exists in the database!

Mmm.. I see what's going on. Because it's not being indexed, the network must of gotten disabled on here, and thus, must be re-enabled, which is why it doesn't appear in the Network Access page. I'm surprised no one caught that.

it very clearly states in the help section of sirc that you need to email the admins to get the network reactivated, then you can request network access.

I know I might seem stupid. But I still do not understand how to gain access to edit it. Change your nickname, on here, or network? It is just confusing, if so why?

On network... and why? If you were allowed to feed any nick into the form, whats to say you're trying to get access to a network you're not staff on?

EG: I'm chatting on NetA as staff, and NetB as just a normal user - but I wanted to screw NetB over some, because the form allows me to specify the name I use on the network, I'm going to feed the form the name of someone else as my own nick. SearchIRC's bots pop along, /whois the oper concerned, and well hey - they now think I am that dude and have granted me access to modify network information. Time to wipe >=]

(just an example, i'm not that evil Wink)
