Patch and/or additional mode suggestion

Some might argue that this idea is stupid, and some might agree with me that it could be useful for some channels. I'd like to see a channel mode, where if it is on in the channel, every message that gets sent would only be seen by the channel ops, and in order for it to be seen by other users in the channel, one of the ops would have to approve of it with a command (perhaps /accept <nick> <#channel> ..

This can come in handy for interview based channels that allow users to ask questions to the person being interviewed, class channels that allow users to ask questions at the end, moderated support channels, channels wishing to keep a pg-13 or otherwise clean chat, etc.. While I do see some disadvantages, such as encouraging users to moderate and limit user freedom more than what it already is, I believe the pro's outweigh the con's in this idea.

I'd mainly like to see this implemented in ircu2.10.12.10, and eventually expand to other ircd's. Anyone have any thoughts about an idea like this? Anyone interested in jumping on this idea and actually doing it? I'd be the first to implement it into my ircd, if of course, it is made for ircu2.10.12.10

Yes, I agree. Unreal has the Auditorium mode (only ops are shown in list) for channels, would be interesting if an additional mode would see all messages from un-moded users only being broadcast to Voice and up.

its called x - Auditorium Mode - Normal users cannot see each other in the room and can only see hosts, while hosts can see everyone.
