Versions

Since I've now mailled two (three?) times about this over the past few months with no reply, let's try here

Is something going to happen with the versions page so that it displays current (not historical data) as it currently does? Because it makes it !@#$@#! impossible to see what's going on.

I understand you have a life and all, and that this is hardly top of the priority list, but it has been over half a year since I mailled about this iirc.

It used to do of all time, I just set it to show within the last 2 months

Neat.. thanks - it might have been nicer to be able to see the evolution over time, but a fixed period works too I guess. Smile

unfortunately i cannot show you over specific time periods.

the reason is due to the way the information is stored.

for example, if i see server A on the 1st, then I see it again on the 3rd, the server info is updated with all the info I saw and the timestamp is updated to the 3rd.

So I would not have a historical view of how the servers looked on the 1st. I only have the last seen copy.

Storing every time I see a server would be painful anyway :) Cause we see so many every hour...
