was wondering what are all the best ircd modules and services modues for all ircd and irc services just to see what modules can make the network run better and more smoothly?
i start of with hs_request used in anope to make vhost adding easier by users typing /msg hostserv request vhost.here and either a services admin or another oper types /msg hostserv list +req to either reject or approve a vhost  |

the best set of modules i've seen are the modules which implement a bot called chii ontop of Atheme (collaborated upon by myself and jilles); but -- they're not open source yet. probably at the end of this month.
Anope wise, Trystan's !vhost fantasy command module is probably one of the most intuitive I've seen in a while. anifinder's `MovieServ' is also fairly intuitive.
IRCd-module wise, we're definately going to have to go with InspIRCd there... they have implemented most of the paid unreal module set for free. But ShadowIRCd's /sendraw module is fairly interesting to play with too. :>
