| Computers do not read the WebTV code as far as I know. I've never tried to connect from a computer using a WebTV scripted page and I seriously doubt it would work anyway. |

| the webtv viewer ( as it was called back when i used it) never rendered javascript excatly as webtv saw it .and a webtv irc is basicly a webpage written in javascript and html to extend the limted irc client built into webtv. everything is built around the <WTVCHAT > tag which shows the main chat window, as the client itself would. most extenstions built into pages where pulldown menus for pop ups, irc commands, crappy midi's, a clock and pretty much anything else u could fit into a javascript page |
