looking for a nice irc network

hi

my acutal network is quakenet.
pro:
+ nice and free channel secure bots (L / Q)
contra:
- i am tyred of all those glines of channels and hosts

I am looking for a nice network. Can you suggest me one?
- stable (99,99% uptime), less netsplits
- good channelbots which always garant to reop me if all people lost ops or i reconnect and which are really secure (like L/Q on quakenet)
- which don`t will gline me for reasons like: warez, trading legal things (selling, buying stuff), trading less legal things (keys, accounts, etc.)
- people should be allowed to advertise inside my channel their channels, websited, products or whatever
- them should be allowed to search idledeals for this other networks or this network aswell too
- i should be allowed to advertise my channel on other networks or this network aswell too
- them should have less and clear rules.
- and it should be possible to hide my real ip without proxy connection.
- it should be easy to get a 'trust', which means i can connect more then 5 connections for bots, bnc`s and other stuff and not take about a half year like on qnet
- additional: usermode +R (only registred users might private message me), channel mode +r (only registred users might join the channel), usermode +D (delayed join) are nice too but not that much important

We can offer your channel full services and an eggdrop if you wish. No problem with advertising or trading within your channel or topic as long as a client does not spam network wide or utilize spam bots, etc. We can also set you up with a mailing list. We offer a liberal 10 connections per host/ip but can exempt even more. We have been around for a long time and are listed on netsplit.de.

join microsonic, were a growing irc network, you can connect to the round robin on irc.microsonic.org and talk to xCRex, boyofwits, Jingle|Bells, or Raged.
