As seen on UnderNet, has been logging several networks and dumping the logs here. We warned most of UnderNets channels (I lost all faith in undernet regarding these issues since the opers I knew to be taken action against this stuff have all been dumped. Hence I never bothered to even try and warn an oper) and he's already glined on EFNet, and ofcourse my little network . He was using the same mask on EFNet so thats pretty sure.

| Who cares? Any user is able to log anything they receive from the IRC server. Whilst I might agree this is a different matter if it was the IRC network logging, if you don't want users to see your conversations then use a keyed or invite only channel (or ban users you don't want there). |

In this case the domain on which the website is hosted is owned by someone who is involved in massive internet advertising and other forms of spam. I find that fishy enough to deny access. |
