Nope. Doesn't have that. Just has protocol support in it's own file that is statically compiled in. Too many dependencies as of yet to break it out. |

i'd run either bahamut or ratbox-ircd with some modifications. As far as services, i'd run my own and i'd run my own statserv/operserv aswell.  |
