there you go. |
I'm willing to bet your server has no more then 50 users a time on it... IF THAT!
Before I started a hosting company I used to have several shells (5-10) running IRCDS and I had nothing but trouble. The only companies that were decent were... kirenet ($40 USD a month + $20 setup), pyroshells,
kewlshells, and acool. Other then that... JUNK!
Anyone who wants to try my service and is sincere about getting an ircd shell, please email me and I will show you our servers in action and give you a 15 day money back guarantee. Thanks |

that's nice but i know my personal server has around 50-60 users. which isn't much at all. but i also host a server on the user/bandwidth heavy rizon. and it runs like a dream. i have another customer running with around 200 on his server and about 1000 total on the net. i dont have that many customers, but the ones i do have are pretty damn happy.
thanks. |

though i don't have my company up YET, i'll be using nothing more than AMD64 boxes anyways i mostly wanted to say that pyroshells is NOT decent, i had an ircd from there, with in 2 months of having the ircd i had 3 weeks downtime total, and half of them were NOT due to DoS. |

| Best is to run your own internet service provider on T1 or faster and host your own IRCd on it. |

| if your still having issues finding a stable and affordable ircd then I can possibly help you out. I offer a limited number of ircd accounts on my network. We are hosted at 151 front street in toronto, ontario with a netaccess 100mb/s connection (nac.net). Basic ircd accounts start at 10$usd a month. |
