Hiya braindigitalis
Yep I did pop in to your room - was amazed at all the hammers though!! There was a few people talking in there, but no trivia working - no one said hi to me either  - perhaps I expecting too much lol - well they did after I spoke first.
Anyway good to visit  |

Ahhh thats ok - I was a bit early lol
Hammer = Op or hosts - when u use mschat, all ops show with hammers against their names
Will pop back another time |

yucky mschat, youre lucky we werent running an anti-mschat script
but then again you need to do the #Appears as tiki thing to be booted by that |

| Well I didnt actually say I was using mschat - I use mIRC - I just said hammers because most ppl relate to that as ops |

Anyway, just to wind this up, not all trivia rooms are unfriendly, depends how you as a person acts when you are in one for one thing
We certainly make everyone welcome to our trivia room and always will

We did originally have over half a million questions. We obtained these by pooling questions from ALL public mirc bots into our sql database. However a few queries later to remove duplicate questions, and a few months of removing stupid questions like "What is the best trivia?" and "What is the bots name?", we were left with 90,000 valid questions, which due to the fact our users can add questions (which are held in a queue and moderated) is steadily growing.
May i ask where you got your questions and if you also checked for duplication? If you got your questions from mirc bots, checking for duplication is *essential* and requires some clever queries and manual searching to locate different wording of the same question, if you need any help (im sure you dont) just message me |
