Correct!! Whilst looking over the network they have no warez atall!!
im friends with cmartin and hes a pretty cool guy, skene is a local network in canada but is open for anyone to connect!

| For me it seems like networks with Warez tends to get more users then networks without warez, however I am running a small clean network without any warez channels or filesharing channels, and even if I was so lucky to get over 1000 users I would still not accept warez. |

try irc.oz.org
if u join it u will find one thousand few hundred of users.
you type /list u will see #lebanon is the biggest channel with 50 users.
weird what a lebanon doing on oz and how come its the biggest.
if u go ask an ircop telling him hey how come lebanon is the biggest he will anwser you: because they are stupid to not +s
if u ask him give me a +s channel he will anwser you well if they are +s is to not be seen so i cant and wont give you any.
ozorg currently has 1,630 users in 821 channels.

so i get to the point and my point is that most of the networks are bullshit |

if my network has only 400 users is because i do not have warez 
hopefuly one day we will reach the 1000. its not easy these days. |
