| I'm fine with people who do read them, and I'll do my best to help someone if they don't understand. What I'm getting sick of is people who come in and ask a question thats in the FAQ. Exactly as they asked it. |

| I can understand well what you're saying woot as I've frustrated most of my staff on occasion with the same type of questions. I'm a hands on learner... you know step by step. |

| It's possible to be a hands-on learner by using docs/FAQs, especially when combined with lots of "playing". :) |
