SearchIRC will NOT help you find or download illegal files
SearchIRC will NOT help you find cracks
SearchIRC will NOT help you find nuke programs
SearchIRC will NOT help you take down EFnet
and...
It is NOT against the First Amendment for a channel operator to ban you for flooding in all caps.
If you ask these things, please do not expect an answer. :) |

And good shell providers that host IRC will prosecute those who choose to do it, in my opinion. |
