Simply make a bot and make yourself join all channels
Set the bot to auto join/kick/kill anyone who sends it a message
We have one on our network called Spam-Seeker, and everyone knows not to send it a message. We make it part and join all channels about every 5 minutes and have no troubles from on join spammers |

| You should read my post on page1/2 or whatnot about the LIST command, it works flawlessly. |
